.Robust, historic variety (1893) with good taste (direct consumption/ pickling).
A very old variety from 1893, which is also surprisingly robust in the open field. The fruits ripen rather early and are light green in the young stage. Later they are white and have a refreshing cucumber flavor. The fruits grow to about 25 cm long and are good for eating fresh (young) or pickling.
